Selected projects · over 26 years in television

Building the broadcast.
Keeping it running.

Studios, control rooms, transmission, and the people and infrastructure behind them. These projects show how I bring engineering, IT, facilities, and operations together to deliver working broadcast environments.

Across my career, I planned and delivered over 120 capital projects. This collection documents six of those projects, alongside the ongoing responsibility of leading technical teams and supporting daily broadcasts.

The responsibility behind the projects

Capital work alongside daily operations.

Most recently, I led a 20-person engineering and operations organization supporting three stations across Orlando and Tampa, nine broadcast networks, and approximately 11 hours of live local news each day. My scope included engineering, IT, facilities, transmission, master control, budgets, FCC compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

At WESH, my team also operated and maintained Hearst Television’s Disaster Recovery Center, delivering programming and station commercial content by satellite directly to other stations’ transmitter locations.
