My role

Led the PCR1 rebuild as WESH Director of Engineering, with responsibility for engineering, IT, facilities, and capital project delivery.

  • Control-room and raised-floor infrastructure
  • Production workstations and technical integration
  • Virtualized Wheatstone and Sony hardware approach

PCR1 is the room on the left, separated from PCR2 by a doorway. Its rebuild used a virtualized Wheatstone and Sony hardware approach, distinct from PCR2’s physical hardware. This gallery follows the former room through removal, raised-floor work, equipment installation, and the completed control room.
